I created this site after recovering from multiple concussions.  It is isolating and hard to find information. Being concussed is overwhelming; it is very hard to maintain a positive attitude and hope for a full recovery - nobody can make you better and nobody can tell you when you will get better.  It is easy to feel depressed and anxious. I found that there were things that helped me and I want to share them with others. If you, or a loved one, is suffering from a concussion, you might want to ask your doctors if any of these products or tips will help you too.  I benefitted from seeing both a chiropractor and from getting acupuncture.
